How much is shipping?

We design, engineer, and handcraft all of our products in Singapore. Despite this, we offer free FedEx International Priority shipping worldwide to almost every location. Please note that taxes and duties are paid by the recipient.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Lead times vary per order. If you want to check when your order will ship, please reference the order title and description of your order confirmation. Packages usually arrive between 1-2 weeks after they are shipped.

Do you do commission work?

We consider commission work or consulting on a case-by-case basis. Please note that custom engineering is very time and resource intensive. Minimum quote is 5000 USD exclusive of materials cost.

Our products drop in limited batches, so unfortunately we can’t make any guarantees about if/when certain products will be back in stock.
