RETRACTABLE LIGHTSABER V2

This is the upgraded version of our previous V1 retractable lightsaber design! This version has a solid, energetic blade from all angles, thanks to two high-powered COB LED strips and a spinning mechanism that rotates the entire inner hilt assembly. This saber features near-instant extension with a new mechanical clutch mechanism, as well as faster retraction than the previous version. Powered by five LiPo batteries, the electronics are controlled through the Proffieboard V3.9.

Release Notes

- The LED strips need to be exactly the same extended length, or else one of them will be floppy upon extension

- Currently the LED strips are prone to failure with the high stresses, need to design shock relief for them

- Need a Dremel or similar tool to cut off protruding end of magician’s cane
